Mr. Labeaud's Welding Journey: 

At the tender age of 17, Mr. Labeaud embarked on his welding journey. Through unwavering dedication and passion for his craft, he swiftly honed his skills, forming the foundation for a prosperous career. After only a short time of practice and perseverance, he was granted authorization by the state of California to teach welding in private and Post-Secondary Education. This recognition, including multiple Instructor of the Month awards, solidified his expertise. Today, he stands as a go-to resource for all industrial welding-related inquiries.  

 Teaching Career at Airco Technical Institute:  

Renowned for his exceptional welding abilities, Mr. Labeaud was invited and joined the esteemed faculty of Airco Technical Institute as a welding instructor. In this role, he contributed to the training of welders in the LA City Structure Certification D1.1 Structural Exam, and trained students in the four major arc welding processes achieving a remarkable less than 1% attrition rate and a 93% passing rate in both New Orleans, LA and Long Beach, California, he was also featured in Airco's 1984 and 1985 commercials, along with other training videos they can be found under Phil the Welder and can be viewed on YouTube. For several decades, he played a pivotal role in molding the skills of aspiring welders, serving as a mentor and guiding them toward excellence.  

Leadership Positions and Offshore Superintendent: 

Besides his teaching career, our entrepreneur ventured into various leadership roles within the welding industry. These positions provided him with opportunities to showcase his managerial prowess and technical expertise. Notably, he excelled as an offshore superintendent, overseeing welding operations in challenging offshore environments. His ability to lead and manage teams in demanding conditions stands as a testament to his unrivaled experience and authoritative presence on the field. 

Service in the United States Army: 

Mr. Labeaud's journey extends beyond the realm of welding. He also proudly served in the United States Army as a United States Quarter Master Storage Supply Specialist. During his Hanau, Germany Tour in 1983, he was honored with the Most Outstanding Soldier award, further establishing his reputation as a disciplined and adaptable, and unwavering work ethic. These attributes have undoubtedly played a significant role in his entrepreneurial success.
